The old and big house built in traditional style is sitting in the centre of Laguardia, capital of Rioja Alavesa and the heart of the Wine Route, opposite the Church of San Juan (12th c.). Following a detailed restoration respecting the fine materials and the nature of the dwelling, the structure is a pleasant place.
