Satzu is a beautiful farmhouse dating from the 16th century that has been recently restored putting some modern touches to its style.
The building has two floors and an attic flat as well as a 80 square-metre long all-purpose room, which is equipped with fireplace, kitchen and bathrooms.
It is located within the Ubilla-Urberuaga neighbourhood, that is, three kilometres away from the town centre of Markina-Xemein. Its natural surroundings are quiet and pleasant. Satzu rural house offers six rooms equipped with heating, Internet, television and telephone. One room is even adapted for disabled people. In Satzu you will find an interesting exhibition room as well, where temporary and permanent collections are exhibited.
The most adventurous ones can even practise a wide range of sport activities in its surroundings, e.g. hiking, speleology, climbing, etc.
