The Arkupe restaurant is located in a 17th-century building, right in the heart of the old town of Vitoria-Gasteiz.
Its tasty dishes are based on traditional Basque cuisine and can be accompanied by the excellent wines on offer on its immense wine list.
Of the different dishes served at Arkupe, the particular highlight is the sizzling cod (bacalao al pil-pil). It also has a dining room for banquets and other celebrations.
From Monday to Sunday (Sundays only at noon) from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
