Juan Salvado, who has extensive experience in the field of restoration (he has been head chef at the prestigious Boroa, Mugaritz or Andra Mari), is the owner and cook of the Aritxi restaurant-grill.
This beautiful farmhouse is located in Mungia, in the vicinity of the Jata and Sollube mountains, and its cuisine is inspired by Basque gastronomy. Likewise, its wide and varied seasonal menu is based on grilled meat and fish and the best products of our land. It has several types of menus and two rooms for 100 and 45 people, respectively.
