Julián Rivas opened the inn in the 50s and soon became a steakhouse that has maintained its ancient look up to the present days.
Matías Gorrotxategi, one of the best grill cooks in the country, prepares brilliantly big steaks in a fireproof brick chimney. Fixed menu with lettuce hearts, Iberian pork products or Navarre asparagus and grilled big steak.
Magnificent cellar and nice atmosphere. Car park available.
