Tximista

The Tximista cider house, with more than 30 years of experience behind it, is located in the centre of Ordizia, in the heart of the Goierri area. It makes natural cider out of apples from its estate.

It has two rooms with space for a total of 140 people, and here the kupelas or vats are kept, 5 wood and 8 stainless steel. A glass wall separates the txotx, where the cider is consumed, from the work area, so visitors can see all the equipment used to make the cider they are drinking.

As well as the typical cider house meals, children’s and special meals are available by arrangement. Guided tours are also run, in cooperation with the tourist office. The railway station is just 200 metres away and there is a car park.
