The fifth floor of Bilbao's Campos Eliseos Theatre houses the 5ª Planta restaurant, which serves up creative cuisine, based on avant-garde and modern trends.
It serves organic and vegetarian menus, as well as celiac menus.
Some of its most delicious dishes include creamy rice with baby squid and mushrooms; clams stuffed with panko-coated spider crab; and cod (available in a pil-pil sauce, a la vizcaína, in a black sauce...).
