El Rincón de Luis Mari

El Rincón de Luis Mari is a family-run bar and restaurant located in the centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It stands out for its extensive array of pintxos, served both hot and cold. Its Jabugo ham baguettes (known as ¿Serranitos¿) also deserve a special mention, as does the pintxo known as ¿Antxopi¿, which consists of piquillo peppers, anchovies in oil and a slice of bread. It also has a room with tables where platters are served.
