Hermandad de Pescadores is a restaurant with a long tradition and one of the most famous in the Hondarribia area.
It opened in 1947 in the building which used to house the old Fishermen's Guild. Famous for its range of fish dishes, it specialises in the typical cuisine of our land.
One of its star dishes is hake, prepared in different ways, as well as its kokotxas (the flesh under a fish's jaw).
