Highlights among the dishes include: pig's trotters filled with mushroom and liver pâté, Iberian pork slice with red fruits and mushrooms, veal cheeks in chasseur sauce, octopus with paprika and olive oil, Iberian pig's ear in garlic sauce and homemade cheesecake, as well as a wide variety of pintxos for those who want to sample the restaurant's creations in small amounts.
