Tourist Information Centre
Situated on the central Paseo de la Canilla Promenade, the tourist office provides information about Portugalete, Bizkaia and Euskadi.
The centre arranges guided tours in the surroundings and provides services in Basque, Spanish and English.
High Season (1st July to 10th September and Holy Week):
Monday to Sunday: 10am - 3pm / 4pm - 7pm
Mid-Season (11th September - 31st October and 16th March - 30th June):
Monday to Saturday: 10am - 2pm / 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Sunday: 10am - 2pm
Low Season (1st November to 15th March):
Monday to Friday: 10am - 2pm / 4pm - 6pm
Weekends: 10am - 2pm
Closed on: 25th December, 1st and 6th January.
