The Bilbao-Bizkaia Tourist Office provides information about the Bizkaia capital and the different areas within the province. It is housed in an iconic building over 120 years, located between the old part of the city and the modern Ensanche district.
With a floor area of 550 square metres and signs in five languages and Braille, the office runs a public service in six languages (Spanish, Basque, English, French, German and Italian) 365 days a years.
A wall with 24 screens suspended over the information desks project videos and live stream broadcasts. The office has six customer service stations, including two adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are also 18 computers -two of which are adapted for people with sensory impairments- and three iPad stations.
The office also boasts a lecture hall for presentations, conferences, seminars, etc.
