Cultural Heritage

La Muza Bridge is one of Balmaseda's most charming monuments. The bridge crosses over Cadagua River and was in the old route of Castile.

The bridge is made of ashlar stone and has three semicircular spans. The central arch is bigger than the other two.

On the column next to the right bank there is a tower with a Gothic arch. The bridge, which has been preserved in very good conditions, has a cobbled pavement.
