Church of San Juan de Molinar

The Church of San Juan de Molinar is a remarkable monument of Biscay. It was built in the 16th century in Baroque style. The elements added subsequently are of Renaissance style. The choir and the belfry, for instance, are Classical (17th century). The temple has one nave only, covered by complex vaults. Inside, the high altarpiece stands out, a Baroque masterpiece including several images of angels, San Juan Evangelista and a Gothic image of Nuestra Señora de Isasi.
