Aranguren tower, located in Orozko, is one of the most emblematic buildings in Bizkaia with its pointed arches and conopial windows. Linked to Olarte lineage, Aranguren tower was built in the 16th Century. It merges Gothic and Renaissance styles on a square plan building with checker work walls and masonry corners. One Century after its first construction, Aranguren tower was property of the Rotaetxe family, which gave the building its present appearance with high quality and appealing decorative elements. The tower is a private property so no visits are allowed to the interior Type: Tower. Style: Gothic and Reinassence. Period: 16th century Parking: Even if there is not a parking area, vehicles can be parked near the tower.
