The centre gives visitors the chance to learn all about the Living Way of the Cross. The spectacular reenactment attracts thousands of people every year.

The permanent exhibition includes clothes, Holy Week procession floats, pictures and sounds. The centre, which serves as the headquarters of the Asociación Vía Crucis Viviente de Balmaseda (Balmaseda Living Way of the Cross Association), also hosts a range of workshops.
