Ingredients: 1 lt. milk
1 spoonful of milk rennet

Preparation:

The best milk for this dish is goat milk, but it can also be done with full fat cow milk. Bring the milk to a boil and then remove from the stove. Wait until it cools down and then add the rennet. Stir it well and serve in individual glasses. It is served cold with honey.
