Basque farm-house chicken

Free-run chicken has the taste of chicken raised in the traditional manner. Its natural food is based on cereals with more than 65% of corn. These Atlantic-type chickens grow slowly.

They are slaughtered when they are at least eleven weeks old. A traditional production method guarantees a healthy, juicy and tasty meat, very different to that normally found on the market.
