The sculptures of the artist from San Sebastian can be visited in the garden of the Dutch museum from June 22nd to September 23rd.

This summer, Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam is hosting an open-air exhibition of nine of the giant sculptures by the artist from San Sebastian, Eduardo Chillida. The exhibition takes a look at the different creative periods of one of the most important avant-garde sculptors of the second half of the 20th century, a pioneer in artistic creation through steel forging.

The Works on display come from the MACBA in Barcelona, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, the Eduardo Chillida-Pilar Belzunce Foundation in Hernani, the Ordovas Gallery in London and a private collection.

Entre las creaciones más significativas se podrá contemplar el Arco de la Libertad (1993) o una de las esculturas de la famosa serie el Peine de Viento

Among the most significant creations you can see the Arch of Liberty (1993) or one of the sculptures in the famous The Comb of the wind series.
