The activity begins with a visit to the traditional Bretxa market in the old quarter of San Sebastián, where you´ll see the stalls selling the best fruit, vegetable, fish, cheese and mushrooms to discover the finest seasonal local produce with the chef.
Back at the Ni Neu restaurant, the gastronomic workshop will begin, preparing four pintxos under the guidance of the chef and his team. Participants will prepare and taste each of the pintxos. To do this they´ll get recipes and aprons.
The class is followed by a meal in the restaurant, consisting of a main course and dessert, by prior arrangement with the restaurant. Drinks are included with both the workshop and the meal.
