The San Sebastián Gastronomika - Euskadi Basque Country congress, consolidated as a world reference in haute cuisine, returns to the Kursaaal for another year. This year it celebrates its 25th anniversary with many surprises. In this edition, the kitchens of Japan and the United States will play a special role.
This year, the Tribute Award will go to Ferran Adrià, the Golden Gueridon to Jancis Robinson and the Pau Albornà y Torras Journalism Award to Rafael García Santos.
Registration is open and apart from being able to attend in person, it can be seen live and/or deferred on its official website.
