Bream Festival in Tolosa

Zerkausia Market in Tolosa will turn into an original restaurant expected to host about 500 guests on the occasion of Fiesta del Besugo (Beam Festival).

The event has been arranged by Txinparta association in collaboration with Tolosa Gourmet. Bream is one of the most characteristic products of Orio and Tolosa wants to pay a special tribute to the town by cooking such a good in "Orio style".
