Plaza El Solar , Portugalete
The traditional Portugalete Market, also known as the village market, has been held every Thursday and Saturday since the 19th century. It was originally located in its own building in Calle Del Medio, but in 1718 it was moved to Plaza El Solar.
This space houses a series of stalls offering products such as ornamental and cultivated plants, fruit and vegetables, honey, cheese and other typical home-grown foodstuffs.
It is the perfect meeting point for producers and all those who want to buy top quality products.
