The pintxo known as the “Gilda” is synonymous with the Basque Country - you can find it in any bar.
In essence, it is very simple: Just take a cocktail stick, an olive, a salted anchovy and one or two pickled Ibarra chilli peppers and - there you have it -, the perfect pintxo.
This pintxo takes its name from the film “Gilda” in which a fiery Rita Hayworth peels off a long, black glove while singing “Put the blame on Mame”.
For best results, usetop quality ingredients.
Assembly: Alternate the ingredients on a cocktail stick, leaving one of the olives till last.
