Grilled lamb chops using vine shoots

Ingredients: 5 lamb chops per person
Olive Oil
Salt

Preparation:

The lamb chops must be cooked on a rack over the embers of a fire lit with vine shoots. The lamb chops must be covered in olive oil. When the embers are ready, add salt to the lamb chops and place them on the rack over the embers until they are cooked on the outside, and pink on the inside, thus obtaining a crunchy, yet tender texture.
