Konsoni Lantegia is a warehouse where the Basque Government Department of Culture and Linguistic Policy stores all the industrial movable material considered to be Cultural Heritage.
Visitors to this old store located in the area of Zorrozaurre in Bilbao can find around 2000 items: old motorbikes, fire trucks, linotype machines and printing press material, remains of the mining industry and its auxiliary sector, anchors, a port crane, engines, hydraulic presses, models...
This extensive list will certainly amaze visitors, either because they remember these items from days gone by or because it dawns on them that this cultural heritage is as unfamiliar as it is surprising.
