Nerua adjoins the ArcelorMittal Gallery in the Guggenheim Bilbao, and the main entrance is located on the promenade facing the ria. Chef Josean Alija has developed a purist style combining aromas, textures and flavours as main components, while at the same time offering an avant-garde style. The main ingredient is vegetables, which feature in all dishes.
