Its philosophy is essence, nature and seasonal produce, a culinary complement to the artistic content of the Guggenheim.

Nerua adjoins the ArcelorMittal Gallery in the Guggenheim Bilbao, and the main entrance is located on the promenade facing the ria. Chef Josean Alija has developed a purist style combining aromas, textures and flavours as main components, while at the same time offering an avant-garde style. The main ingredient is vegetables, which feature in all dishes.
