Enjoy the ‘Sutan’ (On Fire) menu with Eneko Atxa, a 3 Michelin-starred chef who describes the menu using a phase that identifies with his character and philosophy: ‘The hands of the artisan sculpt emotions’. The closed menu consists of 9 dishes devised for cooking over charcoal in front of the guest and matched with different wines. Every month the chef designs a different menu so that you can return and taste other delicacies. Located in Larrabetzu, beneath the Michelin 3-star Azurmendi and above the winery of Gorka Izagirre, at the Eneko restaurant Atxa aims to become a reference and ambassador of Basque cuisine. On Sundays the visit includes a tour of Gorka Izagirre’s winery with a small glass of txakoli wine and an aperitif of toasted bread with ham.
