Getxo Tourist Office is situated in a beautiful setting by Ereaga Beach (Neguri metro station; Algorta metro station), ideal to go for a walk, ride bikes, go skating or enjoy the beach, the marina or the picturesque Old Port.

This office provides tourist information on the town, Bizkaia and the Basque Country in general and offers the possibility of leisure activities and guided tours (dramatised) of the surrounding area: sailing routes, surfing trips and courses, canoeing, horse riding, taxi routes, paragliding from the cliffs, climbing the pedestrian walkway of the Bizkaia Bridge, etc.
It provides services in Basque, Spanish, English, French and German.
It has a counter adapted for people with reduced mobility, a tactile surface for blind or partially sighted people and magnetic loops to connect to the hearing impaired person's hearing aid.
Touch screen (outside - 24 hours) in languages and map in Braille language including QR code access to audio track in 7 languages.
