Set in a farmhouse in the very heart of the countryside, in Errenteria, the decor blends modernity with the classic by creating signature Basque dishes. There is one dining room with cloth room divider screens and an adjoining lounge for a pre-meal drink.
It offers cutting-edge cuisine that is personal and brimful of wonderful surprises. It is worth trying one of their excellent tasting menus. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars and three Repsol suns. It boasts a great wine cellar with wines grouped by their characteristics. The menu can be purchased as a souvenir. Mugaritz´s kitchen garden has more than one hundred varieties of herbs, fruits and flowers.
