The restaurant in situated in a wonderful setting. Four wide dining rooms, of which one is private and only serves à la carte dishes. The latter has been internationally awarded and its traditional decoration, air conditioning and its state of being separate from the rest of the rooms make of it a nice and cosy space. Perfect place for certain celebrations such as family meetings where the guests will worship the most delicious cuisine. Recipes including game and tasty puddings are worth mentioning. During the first months celebrated chef Xabier Zapirain was responsible for the cuisine. Nowadays his children are in charge of following the tradition, but always with their father's expert advice.
