Sukam

In the Plaza del Puente Colgante de Bizkaia, beside the Bizkaia Bridge, SUKAM is in premises that are modern but also pleasant and cosy. The transporter bridge can be seen from some of its large windows. Inside, apart from an open kitchen that allows diners to see the work of the cooks, it features a small work of art in the form of a mural on one of the walls. It serves both traditional dishes such as cod or oxtail and more contemporary creations, more elaborate and in some cases with oriental influences, such as teriyaki ribs.
