Open only during the “Txotx” season, the Goikoetxea cider house has room for 120 people and a menu that goes perfectly with the star of the establishment, "sagardo" or Basque cider. The food is therefore simple and traditional, while being of high quality. The menu includes dishes like Spanish omelette, cod and ribs. Food that is a perfect match with the cider that comes from the 10 stainless steel vats in the restaurant.
