This elegant, refined establishment invites clients to savour its meticulously-prepared menu. Based on traditional Basque cookery, but adding modern, avant-garde twists while respecting the roots of native cuisine, in particular by using fresh, high-quality produce.
The restaurant's menu ranges from terrine de foie with sweet preserves and toast, fried and scrambled egg with Gernika peppers or vegetable mixed grill with a creamy Romesco nut sauce; as well as tuna tataki with onion in different textures or Bilbao-style baked sea bream in its juices; to a tile of oxtail, red wine sauce and purple potato cream sauce or entrecôte steak with Gernika peppers and pepper sauce.
High-quality dishes as varied as they are unique, whose flavour is brought out by the attractive surroundings and the décor of the restaurant, which combines the classic with the avant-garde.
