Ola Martín Berasategui is the creation of the chef from Lasarte in Bilbao.
Located right in Bilbao's old town, the restaurant in the Tayko Bilbao hotel is a place to enjoy “cocina con garrote” (very loosely, "cooking with flair"), as Martín Berasategui describes his food based on its ingredients: “The market decides and suggests to me a shopping basket with which to play.”
