Arriaga Theatre

The Arriaga Theatre is one of the most important cultural institutions of Bilbao. The building was opened for the first time in May 1890 and reconstructed in 1919; finally, it was reopened on the 5th of December 1986, after another reconstruction.

All this time, the course of the theatre has been excellent, receiving the most famous orchestras and artists. Moreover, the most important productions have visited the stage of this theatre.
