The Santxotena Museum Workshop is located 600 metres from the centre of Artziniega. It gives visitors the chance to become acquainted with the artist Xabier Santxotena.
It is an open learning space which features Santxotena's creations, from everything from sketches to completed sculptures (categorised into "families"). A disciple of Oteiza, the Navarre-born sculptor studied at the Vitoria-Gasteiz School of Arts and Crafts.
There will also be special children's workshops within the Museum Workshop, giving youngsters the opportunity to create sculptures of their own.
