Ibarra chilli peppers

Eusko Label

Their fine skin, tender flesh, greenish yellow colour and mild taste (not as hot as other varieties), are the characteristics that give Ibarra chillies of the Eusko Label their unmistakable quality. The Ibarra chilly peppers belong to a native variety and after being subjected to a strict selection process are mainly packaged in the Ibarra region of Gipuzkoa.

 

Bottled in white wine vinegar with low acidity and salt content, this exquisite delicacy is enjoying increased recognition on the market, not only to eat with other dishes but also as the basic elements for a large range of appetisers.
