The Gipuzkoan town of Orio will play host to the "Orio style" Sea Bream Festival, which aims to be a great showcase for the town and its restaurants. In July, Herriko Plaza in Orio will be turned into a "giant grill".
They will grill more than 500 sea bream "Orio style", that is to say, without using a fish grill. Approximately 1,000 people will enjoy the fiesta.
