The San Sebastian Gastronomika-Euskadi Basque Country congress, consolidated as a world reference in haute cuisine, returns to the Kursaal for another year. This year it goes beyond the confines of the Kursaal and opens up to the city with the slogan ‘San Sebastian, open city.
This year, the Tribute Award will go to Pedro Subijana, chef at the head of Akelarre.
