HIGHLIGHTS
The restaurant is located in Viana palace, which dates back to the 17th century. The hotel and restaurant are decorated in Gentile Baroque style of the period (1619).
The building's basement, 8 metres underground, has a cellar that is possible touring. It produces ageing and different-age wines (crianza, reserva and gran reserva).
It prepares mainly Basque-Rioja traditional dishes but with a slightly modern touch.
