Asador Etxebarri

A restored farmhouse located in Axpe (Atxondo) is home to Asador Etxebarri, a grill that over the past years has been recognised by specialised critics and has appeared in the world's most prestigious gastronomic guides.

Chef Víctor Arginzoniz considered by many a "grill genius", cooks delicious dishes on his firewood grill by means of the best raw material. One of his dishes that should be ordered is old beef chop, although diners will also have the chance to taste grilled oysters, scallops, elvers, lobster, anchovies or sirloin steak, among others.

Puddings are also remarkable.
