The experience of discovering the ecosystem of the Salburua wetlands in Vitoria-Gasteiz and the Interpretation Centre.
Ataria is the Interpretation Centre of the Salburua wetlands. The goal of this centre is to favour knowledge of the wetlands and show their natural values and, therefore, the importance of the biodiversity and natural heritage of Vitoria-Gasteiz.
It occupies an emblematic building that is perfectly integrated into its surroundings, located to the north of Salburua Park.
This is a space that is open to the public which, supported by a large number of resources and services - exhibition space, classrooms, observatory - , houses all types of activities: leisure and entertainment, interpretation, popularisation and communication, studies and research into biodiversity.
Winter opening hours (from 1st October to 30th April): Tuesday to Sunday: Morning: 11:00 - 14:00 Afternoon: 16:00 - 19:00. Closed on Mondays (except public holidays) Summer opening hours (from 1st May to 30th September): Tuesday to Sunday: Morning: 11:00 - 14:00 Afternoon: 16:00 - 20:00.
