Presenting a free style of cooking, adapting Basque culinary culture and roots to an avant-garde context. Traditional sauces and recipes are presented in an evolved form, adapted to fit into a tasty, healthy cuisine and an informal gastronomic experience. It serves a children’s menu, set meals for groups and dishes for vegetarians, allergy sufferers and coeliacs. The terrace is situated in the Plaza del Museo. The bar terrace is open from 9:30am to 8.30pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Midday: Tuesday to Sunday from 1.00 to 3.30pm Evening: Thursday to Saturday from 8.30 to 10.30pm Open midday and evenings every day in July and August.
