Eating "Pintxos" in San Sebastián

In the Basque Autonomous Region in order to eat a good meal, there is no need to sit around a tablecloth. The txikiteo or poteo ritual, that is, a kind of pub-crawl where groups of friends go from bar to bar drinking txikitos (little glass of wine) or zuritos (tiny glasses of beer), is closely related to eating pintxos (tasty morsels). While some of those bite-sized eats are quite simple, others are tiny culinary masterpieces. The art is already known as miniature cuisine.
