The Karlos Arguiñano restaurant is housed in Villa Aiala, an early 20th-century "palacete" or grand town house on the promenade by Zarautz beach. Five of the chef Karlos Arguiñano's sons run both the restaurant and the hotel from which the famous cook made the leap to the television screen.
The restaurant has several dining rooms and different settings, but all of them share the same essence, the legacy of the cooking of Karlos Arguiñano, which combines tradition with the innovation of prestigious Basque cuisine.
